SALE OF GOODS
Seller shall sell, transfer, and deliver to buyer Adult DVD’s
PAYMENT TERMS
Payments for all orders are COD unless otherwise approved in writing from Seller. Maximum terms that may granted is net 30 and requires buyer to have own UPS or GSO shipping account to be considered. Accounts granted terms will be automatically changed to COD if payment is not received within seven (7) business days of due date.
ORDERING
Orders may be placed either by email to sales at ducatiproductions.com or faxed to 818-887-8207. Orders are automatically confirmed by a UPS Shipping Confirmation email along with tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation by the close of business, please contact seller ASAP.
SHIPPING
Shipping charges will be added to COD. If you have been approved for net 30 terms shipping is FOB Destination, Freight Collect to buyers shipping account
Orders received by 1 PM PST will be shipped the same day by UPS ground. Any other carrier requests must be submitted in writing along with account information.
All orders are shipped with signature required for proof of delivery. Orders over one hundred dollars will be insured for the amount of the invoice.
RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss from any casualty to the goods, regardless of the cause, shall be on seller until the goods have been accepted by buyer.
RIGHT OF INSPECTION
Buyer shall have the right to inspect the goods on arrival and, within seven (7) business days after delivery, buyer must give notice to seller of any claim for damages on account of condition, quality, or grade of the goods, and must specify the basis of the claim of buyer in detail. The failure of buyer to comply with these conditions shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the goods by buyer.
RETURNS
Defective product will be replaced with the exact working product. If we do not have the replacement in stock a credit will be issued. Shipping charges are waived on replacements.
Product damaged from use as a rental will not be replaced. Seller will make the sole decision if product was used as a rental.
Products shipped incorrectly by seller will be replaced with correct product. If we do not have the correct replacement available a credit will be issued.
ALL returns must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #). Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted or credited to you account.
Sale items accepted for return as credit will be credited at the discount price up to the total number of pieces ordered per title.
Product ordered from third party's will not be accepted under any circumstances.
"Overstock Returns" must include your PO number or our invoice number along with an RMA #.
